Your satisfaction is important to us! We back everything we sell. We offer two types of returns:
(1) Replacement of defective Merchandise
Returns must be made within
30 days of the shipping date. Before returning any item, you must contact our Returns Department for a
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an
RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for
return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days
of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. All refunds for non-defective
items exclude shipping and handling charges and will be subject to a restocking charge, see chart below. If you choose to return defective merchandise for a refund the restocking fee still applies.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to
receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new"
condition. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any
discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. NOTE: If you do not follow these
instructions, your return processing will be delayed. When you obtain your RMA number you will be given
our address that handles all returns. If you ship it to the address below, we must ship it to our
RMA location and you will be charged for those shipping costs, so please following the instructions.

Restocking fees cover our labor costs. Much more time and labor goes into our semi-custom and custom items, since they are
hand crafted to fit seats of a specific vehicle, and thus the restocking fees are greater.
